'Spotlight: The 12-Week Intensives' is a new flagship programme at Performers Theatre Company, designed for aspiring performers seeking focused, high-impact training. To be launched in 2026, each 12-week intensive provides an immersive experience in a specific performing arts discipline, combining expert tuition, practical workshops, and personalised guidance.
With limited spaces to ensure individual attention, participants have the opportunity to refine their skills, build confidence, and prepare for professional performance opportunities. This programme is perfect for those ready to commit to their craft and take their performance abilities to the next level.
This will be a welcome addition to our ever expanding school, ensuring the highest quality and most affordable provision is in place for our local young talent.

As part of Spotlight: The 12-Week Intensives flagship programme, Performers Theatre Company is proud to present a brand-new Screen Acting Intensive, facilitated by experienced professional Matthew Bearne — Voice Director for leading platforms including Sky, Netflix, and Disney.
Across 12 weeks of immersive training, young performers (ages 11–18) will take part in weekly three-hour workshops designed to develop their individual screen acting skills.
From mastering on-camera technique to building confidence and authenticity in performance, this programme offers tailored guidance to help each participant grow in front of the lens.
Duration: 12 weeks (starting Sunday 11th January 2026, ending Sunday 29th March 2026)
Format: Every Sunday (3-hour workshop)
Timings: 9:30am-12:30pm
Ages: 11–18 years
Facilitator: Matthew Bearne (Voice Director for Sky, Netflix & Disney)
Cost: £350 (for current Performers pupils) / £400 (for non-enrolled pupils)
Payment Options: Monthly instalments available
