Everyone’s favourite ogre is back! SHREK, The Musical Jr. is a hilarious stage spectacle that will delight the whole family, based on the Oscar-winning smash hit film and outrageous Broadway show.

In a swamp far far away, Shrek’s peace comes crashing down when he’s invaded by annoying fairy tale misfits who have been banished by Lord Farquaad. In a bid to restore calm, Shrek makes a deal with the ‘tiny terror with big ambitions’ and sets off to rescue feisty Princess Fiona with his wisecracking donkey! But no fairy tale adventure is without twists and turns, and Shrek unexpectedly finds love along the way!

This award-winning show is presented by successful performing arts school, Performers Theatre Company. Specially adapted for young children, this 1 hour musical spectacular will delight big kids and little kids alike.

Tickets go on sale in January 2025 and can be purchased directly through New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth.
