Welcome to Performers Theatre Company.
I am proud to be Principal here at Performers and am incredibly thrilled to see how our school has taken off since opening in May last year.
It has been my goal for many years to open a performing arts school and now that goal has been achieved my sole focus is to offer as many children and young people the best performance opportunities possible allowing them to thrive and prosper both professionally and personally.
What makes us different? Simple - we are led by respected, highly trained professionals who are caring and family orientated. This means that you can ensure your child will receive high quality performing arts training whilst being in the hands of adults who put the wellbeing of their pupils at the forefront of everything that they do. WEEKEND AND WEEKDAY CLASSES
Musical Theatre classes take place on Saturdays in Havant from 9am-12:30pm. These are our primary classes and comprise of 45 minutes acting and 45 minutes dance. We also offer singing tuition, acting technique and jazz classes as well as Pop Tots for our youngest children.
Classes are engaging, challenging and fast-paced allowing students to thrive and be their very best.
SUMMER SCHOOLS
Our 5-day intensive summer schools take place each summer, focus around a popular and well-known musical and build up to an end of week performance for the pupil's families to enjoy.

The week focuses on the three main disciplines as well as offering pupils the opportunity to learn about audition technique, stage make-up and prop-making.

PRODUCTIONS
Each year, we produce one popular full scale production, allowing all children (including those not enrolled) the chance to take part via a formal audition process. A rigorous rehearsal and production schedule allows those involved to experience the excitement as well as the challenges faced when producing a large scale show. In June 2023, we produced Annie Jr and in June 2024, we will showcase Matilda Jr.
MASTERCLASSES AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES
Pupils are given regular opportunities throughout the year that expose them to different performance styles, usually with expert industry professionals.

More recently, pupils have taken part in masterclasses with West End performers Jacob Fowler and Paul Wilkins and worked with X Factor star Scarlett Lee on the set of her Christmas single music video. In July 2022, students choreographed and filmed a music video to Matilda's Revolting Children.
SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
Since November 2022, we have partnered with a number of local schools to provide engaging after school classes focused around Musical Theatre.

Our vision to build a large network of young people where talent and creativity can be shared imaginatively has never been more important and we are committed to building our partnerships even further.
