Selena began her musical theatre and dance training at the age of 4 in Portsmouth. She then went onto Chichester College where she gained her BTEC in Musical Theatre as well as her DDI (ISTD diploma in dance instruction). 2 years later, she successfully auditioned for many of the top stage schools in London and chose to go to Bird College Conservatoire for Dance and Musical Theatre where she gained a First Class BA (Hons) degree in professional dance and musical theatre. In 2021, Selena graduated.

On the side of her training, Selena is also a qualified pianist and piano teacher, completing all her grades at the age of 14 and since graduating stage school has become a private singing tutor as well. Selena most recently made her professional debut in ‘Aladdin’ at The Regent Theatre in Ipswich playing Princess Jasmine over Christmas 2021.
